About Us

VARDĀN, a welfare initiative from the Times Group, brings a unique and effective treatment system that focuses on the optimum performance of the human body by enhancing total body mobility, Core FirstTM postural and movement strategies. Designed for the service of humanity and the stakeholders of BCCL i.e. employees, advertisers, readers, and other business associates, VARDĀN strives to promote health and healing in communities.

Our technical partners Vicky and Gregory Johnson pioneered Functional Manual Therapy® (FMTTM) and are the founders of The Institute of Physical Art (IPA). Their combined clinical experience of 75 years and innovative treatment techniques bring a unique and effective approach to healing, recovery and total body mobility. The system is designed to give people a new lease of life and help them regain optimal efficiency. The dedication and ongoing efforts of our partners to develop innovative therapy techniques and solve complex musculoskeletal as well as neuromuscular dysfunctions are evidenced by the thousands of patients who have benefited from their care.

The Institute of Physical Art, founded in 1978 by Gregory S. Johnson and Vicky Saliba Johnson, is the sole provider of Functional Manual Therapy® (FMTTM). IPA promotes the use of manual therapy and education to facilitate optimum human function. Through multilevel professional opportunities of the IPA, each clinician is equipped with confidence, expertise and clinical reasoning to provide everyone an opportunity to experience a body that works for life.

“To create a movement culture that facilitates thriving, challenges the norms, and optimizes the human experience by providing the highest quality, methodical physical therapy.” – The Institute of Physical Art
