I’ve been going to Vardan, Lajpat Nagar for Functional Manual Therapy since January 2025. Initially, it looked like a case of sciatica — which my MRI later confirmed. But that wasn’t all. I came with a full “combo pack”: fibromyalgia (chronic pain and fatigue), hypermobility, hypersensitivity, and flat feet. Quite the jackpot, right? Still, I thought I’d bounce back soon.
My physiotherapist referred me to Vardan. After a few sessions, my ortho suggested I might need surgery , something I really wanted to avoid. I spoke with Tanu, my therapist at Vardan, and she assured me she’d do her best to help manage my pain. And she did.
At my worst, I was bedridden for months — even taking a shower required sitting down. Fast forward to today: I walk, I go to work, I climb stairs (not too many, let’s not get ambitious), and I even go out with friends. All this is possible because of Tanu’s skill, care, and persistence, alongside my physiotherapist’s support.
I call her a Miracle Worker. My therapy is still ongoing, but the difference is night and day. Thank you, Tanu, and thank you, Vardan!
