I have been visiting Vardan Functional Manual Therapy at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, multiple times over the past few years for chronic injuries, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of outstanding.
The facility is extremely well-organized, clean, and professionally managed, with top-notch infrastructure that reflects their commitment to providing quality care. From the moment you walk in, the support staff at the front desk makes the process seamless. A special mention to Ajay, who has always been prompt, efficient, and courteous in managing my appointments—his professional approach ensures everything runs smoothly.
My deepest gratitude goes to my therapist, Takshima, a truly exceptional professional. Her profound knowledge, experience, and diagnostic skills have played a crucial role in my recovery journey. I had suffered from chronic ankle sprains on two occasions and was barely able to walk. Previous treatments elsewhere, including standard physiotherapy like heat pads, cold packs, and electrotherapy, offered little relief.
However, under Takshima’s care, I saw remarkable improvement in just 4 to 5 sessions each time. Her ability to identify the root cause of the issue—tightness in the calf and thigh muscles—was key to my healing. Her Functional Manual Therapy approach brought my ankle back to normal far quicker than I anticipated.
Currently, I’m undergoing treatment for a ligament injury in my foot, which was initially extremely painful and debilitating. Doctors had warned that recovery would be slow. But once again, Takshima’s expert therapy worked wonders, significantly reducing the pain and swelling. Even when the pain flared up due to overexertion at my end, she handled it with patience, care, and unwavering support. Thanks to her, I am now able to walk properly again.
