I have been coming to VARDĀN for nearly 5 years now . Have had various therapists working with me on a regular basis. But since the last 3 years my most favourite therapist has been Shruti. The fact that my shoulder ( that’s the problem with which I came to VARDĀN in the first place ) is 85% perfect says it all. Shruti is warm, has welcoming smile and magical hands that helps ease the pain in my neck or shoulder every time. Not just her therapy sessions but her exercise sessions have helped me build my upper body strength a lot . She will not waste your time or money and will ask to come for a therapy session only when needed. She is a stable headed, hardworking and no nonsense person who is there to help me all the time. Getting sessions with her sometimes becomes difficult as I assume that many like me want her to work her magic and help them recover.
