“I came to Vardan for the first time in October 2012 with acute neck problem. I took about 12 sessions with Abhishek under mentor ship of Charles. The sessions included FMT as well as Supervised exercises. There was enormous relief which I could feel with in the first few sessions. I was completely discharged in December and was 100% pain free.
