I visited VARDAN in June’15 with 8 months old injury in my ankle.I had no fracture but it was a soft tissue injury. The pain was becoming worst every passing day.I couldn’t sit cross legged or if my ankle gets wet the pain used to increase.I was unable to sit & stand for long hours.
