I came to Vardan in 2013 for treatment of disc herniation in neck. Before visiting this place I used to take local physiotherapy sessions and was not satisfied with them due to which I started having more neck issues and traction for 20days.My L5 bone is broken which causes severe pain around neck muscles. Now, within two FMT sessions only at Vardan I am feeling pain free and my neck herniation is almost gone. These days I practice hamstring stretches with my therapist for proper mobility and flexibility around the affected area.
